Nashville Catastrophe Services Inc :: COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan
We are committed to keeping our clients and ourselves safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will strictly adhere to all mandates and guidelines as provided by the State and County officials and the CDC.

We can conduct ALL of our services in absolute safety and without face to face contact with homeowners. We have several measures in place in order to carry out these services.

-- You may either (a) call our office to request an inspection, or (b) go to our website to fill out the form to request an inspection. Our Project Managers will stay at a safe distance while performing the inspection. Our Project Managers will then follow up with a phone call to report their findings. They will not need to go to your door to speak to you in person.

-- Any tarping services required will be performed at a safe distance. Face-to-face contact with home-owners is not necessary for that service.

-- If our Project Manager reports significant damage to your home, we will ask that you sign a contract to move forward with our services. At that point, we can either (a) leave a paper copy of the contract at your door or in your mailbox if requested, or (b) we can email a contract to you, or (c) we can direct you to our customer service client portal. The portal allows us to exchange all information and documentation on-line so that you do not have to make physical contact with your Project Manager. You may call our Project Manager to discuss the contract if you have any questions. Once you have signed the contract, you may either (a) leave the contract outside your door for us to pick up, or (b) send the contract in the mail, or (c) scan and email the contract, or (d) utilize the customer service client portal.

Further information regarding the necessary steps after signing the contract can be provided by your Project Manager.

Thank you for trusting Nashville Catastrophe Services to not only provide outstanding service and quality workmanship, but also to conduct our business with strict adherence to all safety precautions during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
